I'm writing to you in regard to Brian
Brunet. I was very please to be asked for a personal reference on
Brian's behalf.
In the five years I have known Brian, I have
never known him to be anything other than considerate and sincere.
It is not out of the ordinary for him to go out of his way to lend a
helping hand. Making friends was always a knack Brian had that I
admired most. He has a personality that people seem to be drawn
to. He is the kind of person who sets his sights on something and
does everything necessary to accomplish his goals.
I would also like to comment on Brian's
capabilities as a contractor. I'm in the Real Estate business in
Florida, one of the homes I had on the market was built by Brian.
I can tell you every person who walked through that home was very
impressed with the quality and workmanship as was I. He also did
some work for me. Brian put an addition on my home that I am
absolutely thrilled with.
Brian is a great family man and a good friend

Dear Brian and Jenny,
I wish to thank you for all the work that your
company did to my house. The work was done in a professional
manner. I would like to review all that was done.
1) A new deck was built on one side and rear of
the house. 2) All windows were replaced. 3) Most interior walls were
replaced or rearranged. 4) The kitchen was totally gutted and prepared
for replacement. 5) The exterior siding was replaced. 6) New
interior doors. 7) New front door and four French doors were installed
for deck access. 8) The plumbing and electric replaced or reworked.

Specialty painting and wood staining through out the house. 10) The
floors were refinished and repaired. 11) New insulation. 12) Propane
tank installed underground.
Basically you did everything that I
requested with very few problems and the few problems we did have
resolved equitable. Thanks again for your cooperation. It
has been wonderful doing business with you all.
